Now that I’ve purchased my own dress (seperate blog coming soon) the bridesmaids are shopping for theirs. The bridal salon I’ve purchased my gown in, has offered a significant savings to my bridesmaids, if they choose to make the dress purchase in the salong as well. Lucky for them, their are several dozen choices. Unlucky for them, their are SEVERAL DOZEN choices.
Round 1- Each girl chose three styles from a board of 20+.
Shahana: Tried on the first three and didn’t particularly like any of them…so we grabbed three more from the racks. Total dresses by the end of the night, 7. So she dabbled with some lighter fabrics and really liked their the flowiness of them. However, Mom had a differeny opinion of the flowy fabric (“It looks old fashioned”) and quickly negated any votes. Rhissa’s favorite was:
Now, I am on a mission to give both Mom and Rhissa the same certainty that Shahana has experienced. Which means, I’m breaking out the sewing machine! :/ Wish me luck, and tell me what you think about the dresses.
Be Yourself! Everyone else is taken.
